Summary
Selected PFOA, PFDA and PFBS concentration summaries from the infant-formula table. Non-PFAS contaminants and bottle migration are excluded.
Key numbers
Source-reported values checked against the cited page of the filed PDF. Values are reported as printed, without conversion. These are selected records, not an exhaustive transcription.

Evidence Fitness
Methods (brief)
PFAS extraction using QuEChERS and dispersive SPE; HPLC-MS/MS/UPLC-MS/MS triple quadrupole methodology (PDF p.7 and pp.14 to 16).
Targets as printed or genericized: Occurrence Table 1 lists PFOA; PFBA; PFPHpA as printed; PFDA; PFBS. Complete panel and analytical parameters are in absent supplementary Tables S1 and S9 (PDF pp.7,9)..
Limitations
Table 1 dry-weight reporting is kept literal; samples include powder and liquid formulations and powder reconstitution is described on PDF p.14. The printed PFPHpA identity is unresolved and not routed. PFBA is documented as a target but has no dedicated scaffold route; its result is not included in these selected rows. No per-formulation result is inferred from the pooled summary. No conversions, risk thresholds, representativeness claims, or safety conclusions are added.
Provenance notes
Local staged PDF copied unchanged. DOI checked in deposited PDF against MANIFEST; no external resolution attempted. Title and citation metadata checked against the PDF first page.
See the cell MISMATCHES.csv for unresolved discrepancies. The legacy MANIFEST analyte field is discovery metadata, not an audited target list.
