Protein precipitation with acetonitrile, centrifugation and concentration; LC-MS/MS ESI MRM with isotope dilution and matrix-matched calibration (PDF pp.3 to 4).
Targets as printed or genericized: PFHxA; PFHpA; PFOA; PFNA; PFDA; PFUnA; PFBS; PFHxS; PFOS; PFOSA (PDF p.5 Table 1). PFBA; PFPeA; PFDoA were excluded after method-development problems (PDF p.4).
Limitations
MANIFEST SUPPORTIVE tier is retained as provenance, while the paper clearly includes original measurements. Measured solution, calculated powder and calculated feeding concentration are distinct records of the same detection, not independent samples. No serum-model or risk-limit finding is routed. No conversions, risk thresholds, representativeness claims, or safety conclusions are added.
